In this exercise student will understand the usage and purpose of Brush Tool
Brush ToolBrush tool is a painting tool which is used to paint a layer.
Properties of Brush Tool- Brush Preset Picker: It allows user to select a brush preset (Brush Type)
- Brush Pannel: It allows a user to open advance settings of Brush Tool
- Painting Mode / Modes : It allows a user to pick a blend mode to blend the brush strokes with other layers.
- Opacity - It refers to the visibility/ transparency of a Brush Stroke

How to use Brush Tool- Select Brush Tool
- Select Brush Preset (Brush Style /Type) which is to be used.
- Adjust Brush Size AND/OR Brush Hardness. (If hardness if set 0% , Brush stroke will have soft edges. If hardness is set 100% brush stroke will have sharp edges.)
- Adjust Opacity Or Blend Mode if required (Optional)
- On Canvas Hold left Mouse button, and drag the mouse to apply brush stroke.
